Liminal: an intermediate state, phase, or condition : in-between, transitional:

“in the liminal state between digital and analog”

This was a scifi RPG game I designed as my grad project in 4th year at Emily Carr.

You begin the game as a private eye on the look out for a lost programmer. Soon you’re diving into your own subconscious tracking down the other versions of you that exist within. It’s a journey through alternate futures, parallel realities, and versions of yourself in conflict with the effects of unencumbered technological advancement. The fate of the world is in your hands, but you have to save yourself first.

The project is a work in progress with about 25 minutes of playable game made so far.
