Led the design transformation from 2 disconnected products to a unified ecosystem of 8.
AIOZ is a Web3 network for decentralized AI, storage, and streaming. When I joined, it had two disconnected products and no shared design system. By the time I left, I’d led product design direction for a team that grew from three to four people as we expanded the platform to eight products and built the reusable patterns and semantic color system that unified them. During that same period, the company’s market cap grew more than 100×.
Product character
One ecosystem, eight distinct products.
A shared system created continuity across the platform without flattening each product’s personality. AI discovery and decentralized storage show how that balance worked in practice.
Systems leverage
Light and dark modes designed as one semantic system.
Shared colour layers kept interaction states coherent across products and modes, while leaving room for each product’s own character.
Product range
From quiet entry states to data-dense operations.
The shared system had to support everything from a focused wallet unlock screen to portfolio management, transaction review, and live-stream operations, without making every product feel the same.
Interaction craft
Making file transfers a little more fun.
The little interactions gave AIOZ Transfer its personality. Dragging in a file flipped the interface to dark mode and turned the animated form from pale to purple.
