AIOZ is a Web3 network for decentralized AI, storage, and streaming. When I joined, it had two disconnected products and no shared design system. By the time I left, I’d led a three-person design team as we expanded the platform to eight products and built the reusable patterns and semantic color system that unified them. During that same period, the company’s market cap grew more than 100×.
Interaction craft
Making file transfers a little more fun.
The little interactions gave dTransfer its personality. Dragging in a file flipped the interface to dark mode and turned the animated form from pale to purple.
