AIOZ is a Web3 network for decentralized AI, storage, and streaming. When I joined, it had two disconnected products and no shared design system. By the time I left, I’d led product design direction for a team that grew from three to four people as we expanded the platform to eight products and built the reusable patterns and semantic color system that unified them.

Turning a routine file transfer into a memorable interaction.
The little interactions gave AIOZ Transfer its personality. Dragging in a file flipped the interface to dark mode and turned the animated form from pale to purple.
